I was born in Swansea, South Wales and all my life I have always travelled, from a young age my mum took us around the globe. At 16 I went to Africa for a beauty pageant competition and then I moved to London to study at Hertfordshire University, later I spent a short period of time in Hong Kong and India for modeling and acting roles. I have a tendency to pick up accents, so now after 6 years in Dubai I have what they call an ‘International’ accent. But what I love is every time I go home my true Welsh accent comes back 🙂
Whats my biggest adventure to date?
I represented Great Britain in Vietnam at the 2008 Miss Universe competition. It was challenging, exciting and hugely rewarding. I can say I now have a best friend in every part of the world.
Which country is my favorite?
France. I love everything about it. The food, the language, the culture, people, music, beaches and vine yards.
How did I start a blog on Aesthetics and Beauty?
By profession I am a qualified Diagnostic Radiographer and Aesthetic Practitioner. All my adulthood I have been involved in beauty within the modeling industry and as a consultant for Estee Launder. I have a huge passion for wellness, beauty and travel so I decided to tie it all together in my blog and share with you the things I have learnt and love.
The best Spa or Retreat I have visited?
Many Spas and Retreats make the list but the one that stands out the most is the Spa at Delaire Graff, Stellenboch. The resort is set within the most picturesque vine yards in South Africa. How do I afford to travel so much?
I actually own a very successful company MA Models, Dubai’s independent Model and Talent agency. I always knew the type of life I wanted to live so built my career around it, I can work from anywhere as long as I have internet access. I am hugely career driven so even when I am traveling I put in the extra hours of work. As they say no work, no play.
How has traveling influenced my life?
Jobs fill your pocket but travel fills your sole. Everything I am I owe to traveling, I am more educated and knowledgable, I am more cultured and broad minded.

Do I have any pets?
Yes, I have a beautiful teacup Chihuahua named Molly. I had her in London then I brought her over to Dubai (she’s a sun worshipper so is much more happy here). I absolutely love all animals and it is my dream to rescue many.
Whats my philosophy?
Beauty comes in many forms and I believe true beauty comes from within and that no one should feel they have to change who they are.
But I also believe in choice. The choice to restore, the choice to live a clean healthy lifestyle and the choice to enhance features or youthfulness with the aid of Aesthetics, Wellness and Beauty regimes. It is not all about how we physically look, but also about how happy, fit and balanced we are. Healthy people are happy people and happy people are the most beautiful & inspiring people I know.
