Cowshed… don’t be put off by the name, Cowshed spas are location at all Soho Houses worldwide and defiantly worth a visit all with the relaxed, sociable atmosphere that’s so special to Cowshed, it is a fun place to take a friend to catch up over a mani and pedi or a blow-dry.
As you would have learnt by now my routine is to get a spa treatment just before I travel, I like to feel relaxed and will do anything to minimize jet lag. So this time I opted for their one hour reflexology and an express manicure.
Reflexology can be quiet painful but preformed properly it can have huge benefits on the body, I will do another post about this. The therapist was great and know how to release areas, I left feeling completely relaxed. I finished off at the Mani station, the set up is very cute with MTV playing on little old school televisions.
